Peter Hundermark (KZN PMB and Durban)

Peter has many years’ experience in the corporate environment, carrying out the full labour relations and human resources function.


One of Peter’s more specialist roles is to ensure that disciplinary procedures and codes are properly adhered to in the corporate context.


He has gained extensive experience in CCMA processes through his long-term representation of a listed company, Peter has trained various organisational levels from team leaders to managers in performance and disciplinary theory and practice.

Emil Langeveld (KZN South Coast and Durban)

Emil is an experienced Labour Relations practitioner with more than 35 years’ experience in all aspects of Industrial / Employee Relations.
He has worked in both multi-national, and local companies and industries ranging from power generation, broiler farming and food processing, commercial distributive trade, as well as FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods)
He holds a degree in Industrial Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Industrial Relations and Labour Law from the Stellenbosch University’s Business School.
Emil has a sound knowledge of employment law, and his areas of expertise include:
Management guidance and advice on all Employment Relations matters.
·         Advice on all labour related matters including corrective and punitive discipline, grievance handling and conflict management
·         Interpretation and application of the LRA and the BCEA
·         Chairing disciplinary – and appeal hearings
·         Guiding the processes of poor performance and medical incapacity.
·         Trade union relationships, recognition, collective bargaining and strike handling.
·         Design and developing of IR policies and -procedures
·         Drafting and negotiating recognition – and other collective agreements
·         Employment contracts
·         Retrenchment, lay-offs and short time. Drafting of retrenchment notices and scheduling of retrenchment consultation meetings
·         Industrial Relations training on a variety of topics
